Wowzie! I was honored to have received an Award of Excellence at the 46th Annual Peoria Fine Art Fair in Peoria, Illinois!!! From the moment we arrived at check-in and all throughout the show Gary and I had the best time...and I am not just saying that because I won an award!!! We had never been to Peoria but had heard good things about the show from other Artists who had done it in the past. The Peoria Art Guild Staff and all of the 400 volunteers treat the Artists really, really well...again, I am not just saying that because I won an award! As an exhibiting Artist you are fed, watered and entertained! The show is truly a community event and the people really come out for the show and BUY ART!!! The show hours are great...10-5 Sat. & Sun. which gives the Artist's time to socialize, relax and party...and Saturday night was a good party! Your bead video looks great! I did one a couple of weeks ago on my collages. I was just so excited that I could do it and at how cool it came out.
